To keep our prices competitive, all sales are generally final. We're also able to offer such competitive prices because some of our items or packaging are not perfect. Our products may have dents, scratches or other minor defects.


We do Not allow refunds in such circumstances as this is the nature of our business.  However, if there’s a major problem with your order—like a major defect or a mix-up on our end—we’ll happily resolve it in line with  consumer laws. In such an event, please contact our support team.


What if I don't Like my Purchase?
